Terms of sale

Provisional text. Written by the Buxy team and pending legal review (O5). The final version will replace this one. The Spanish version prevails.

1. Who sells

Paid plans are sold by Villasoftware, S.A.S. de C.V., of El Salvador, at buxy.app.

2. What is sold

• Monthly Plus and Pro: charged every month to a credit or debit card, through Wompi.
• One-payment plans: charged once and not renewed by themselves.
• Founder: Pro for 12 months, with a single payment, while places remain.
• The prices and what each plan includes are the ones shown on buxy.app when buying.

3. The plan stays on the account

The plan is assigned to the account used to buy it. It cannot be transferred. If the payment was made on the wrong account, write to support: it is refunded and bought again on the right account.

4. Changes and cancellation

• Moving up a plan: the change is immediate and the difference for what is left of the period is charged.
• Moving down or canceling: it applies at the end of the period already paid.
• Monthly plans can be canceled at any time.

5. Invoices

Every charge generates its electronic invoice, which arrives at the email of the account.
